12/05/12 Getting in the mood for the jubilee

All the children enjoyed making jubilee cakes today,
And jubilee wall decorations.
We decorated our notice board, with a picture of Ellie Walsh
Along with her jubilee poster that she was asked to make in her school, West End oswaldtwistle, that won her a place to
Meet the Queen when she visits Accrington next week.
Which all our children are looking forward to.
This will get them in the moon for their very
Own jubilee street party on Tuesday 5th June.
We have all been working hard raising funds for this, and have had some funds given us from Carole and Bill from their late mother Nellie who was a resident in kirk House sheltered
Housing, we would like to say a big thank you to their family
And to Nellie who we will never forget who was always interested in our group and loved my Ellie Mae thank you Nellie X
I am also wishing two of our parents good luck
Jenna Potter and Rob Walsh for taking part in the rotary
7 mile walk tomorrow for VICS
Thank you both of you X

Along with all this going on I’ve also been invited next week
To the annual Lord Mayors cheque presentation to receive a cheque for our group, so a big thank you
Also to our Lord Mayor for putting our group
Forward.
